Management System
The online report management system has been designed to put you in full control of all the data. It allows you to view reports covering every aspect of game entry. The home page will give you an overall high level view of all game entries, players, winners and prizes broken down by game type and time frame. There are sections that list the following:
- Play history
- Player history
- Banned players
- Messages received
- Messages sent
In each section you can search and then sort the search results into lists. These lists can be exported to Excel, so you can create more advanced reports. Each list gives you the ability to view more detailed information of the player by clicking on the mobile number listed.
On the player overview screen you can see a player's mobile number, network, and if applicable any banned status. This screen also breaks down the player's plays and winnings by game type. You can then can get the full game history for a player, which lists all their play codes, entered numbers, winning numbers, play date, and whether they won and claimed their prize. There are also sections that list all messages sent to and received by the player. All this information can be used to track player activity in case of any disputes. Finally, there is page that allows you to ban and restore a player from playing the games.
The last section is the reports section. The game overview subsection enables you to view the breakdown of entries by the following:
- Hours of the day
- Days of the week
- Months of the year
- Favorite numbers
- Plays by network
This is useful to identify any trends, such as the most popular time of day for playing the game. There is also a section to generate a list of phone numbers for marketing purposes. Finally there is a section that lists all claims in the system and their status.
